What does the RM899/month include?
The Seimbang Complete plan includes everything: your GLP-1 medication, weekly doctor consultations, a personal nutrition coach, WhatsApp support, and access to your progress tracking dashboard. There are no hidden fees.
Are there any additional costs?
No. The monthly fee covers all aspects of your treatment. Medication, doctor consultations, and coaching are all included. The only additional cost would be if your doctor recommends optional lab work, which can be done at any clinic of your choice.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Seimbang is billed monthly with no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in earning your trust every month through results, not contracts.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will continue to have access until then.

Can I use my insurance to pay?
Currently, we accept direct payment via credit/debit card or online banking. While GLP-1 treatments may be covered under some insurance plans, we recommend checking with your insurance provider. We can provide receipts for reimbursement claims.
What happens if I need to change my medication dose?
Dose adjustments are part of your treatment plan and are included in your monthly fee at no extra cost. Your doctor will regularly review your progress and adjust your dosage as needed for optimal results.
